RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Made By Mee offers a 4 day hassle free return policy for most products. If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return of your complete or partial order.

WHAT PRODUCTS/CATEGORIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

Leather wallets and bag products/categories are not eligible for return. However in case of defects, you can request replacement within 4 days of delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

Before requesting a return, please ensure that the product is eligible for return.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
Please note that your refund/replacement will be initiated only after a thorough quality check of the returned products. If the products are not in appropriate condition, the company reserves the right to withhold the refunds/replacement.
If a customer returns an incorrect product during the order pick-up, we shall not be held liable for any refund, replacement or re-shipment of the product.
IN STORE PURCHASE - All purchases made at the Made By Mee Store can be returned in the same manner as the online orders.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before leaving the warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement by mailing us on support@madebymee.in.
