We ship all over India, as well as 180+ countries.
For delivery of products in India order from www.madebymee.in (Domestic), for delivery outside of India order from www.madebymee.in (International) you can Contact us on support@madebymee.in.

Shipping is free or Rs. 20 charges for Normal Delivery or Rs. 50 charges for Express Delivery is applied depending on the offer or courier charges.

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Don't worry! This is a completely normal situation. We make products made to order. If there are multiple products, we ship a product as and when it gets processed, not waiting for the whole consignment to be processed. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive. International orders, in most instances, will be shipped in their entirety as one shipment.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Estimated dispatch time of each product is 1-3 days with Express Delivery and 4-7 days with Normal Delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 8-10 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
